Vampiric Regeneration

When my wizard found a Leech dagger, I thought "Hey this is a nice weapon, relieves me of my ring slot" because before I had a ring of regeneration.
So I put the dagger as my secondary weapon, and nothing happens!
So, having never used the effect before, what is vampiric regeneration?

I thought things such as unexplained experience gain are allowed online? (personally I don't like to cheat so I wouldn't know, but I assumed what was identified as illegal characters are ones with impossible mods such as 40 in all stats and a strange character skin?)

Seeing as this thread began with the question of what is better between sorcerer and wizard, I merely listed some of the things one can consider themselves to be to play sorcerer. Not meaning one has to meet those qualifications.
But I withdraw, and would add that I certainly did not mean to express ...

I'm not sure what you mean by not being able to speak to him, but when the game pauses on you like that (I, for one, keep getting stuck in a wall and is unable to move) using the recall stone might just help.
I do remember though, that Lenton wouldn't tell me I've completed the quest even when I had ...

Oh please guys, I did not say everyone who play a sorceror is lazy. Instead what I really said was if you are lazy you should choose to play a sorceror, there is a subtle difference :P
Obviously I was only comparing between wizard and sorceror
And if you are a wizard that chooses two spells per ...

I should explain, I am refering to those people as one of those things.
e.g. newbies, people that play <5 hrs a week, or don't feel like exploring everything in the game could choose the sorcerer. As could h/sers and people wanting to powerbuild a lot of high lvl chars in a short time.

Is that ...

You have a few options the way I see it.
1. Wreak havoc on everything you see, leave nothing alive, wipe all life from Ch4, and see where that gets you.
2. Load you character somewhere else to get some exp.
3. Finish the game before lvl 20, you can still use the char elsewhere!
4. debug it.

That would almost be the sole cause. This is what you do: Walk to the magical looking Divine Well and buy back the contract.

I thought when I played the demo that camera views could be changed.
What IS lacking though are all the character speech (meaning the ones you actualy hear)

Whatever char I play, I find I could spare the points to max Persuade, which helps at least as much as high cha.
If you like merc quests, it shouldn't have been to hard to do the Sharwyn quests for the Belt of Performer +3, pretty much same as your Greater Mask of Persuation. (Sharwyn gives arguably ...

He is among, or THE, hardest boss in NWN. I personally think lvl 11 (for the previous questioner) is a bit low when you get to that stage. Doing a few more quests should boost it to the 12-15 range.
Mercenary quests are completed after you talk to them excessively, you have to have done it in Ch1 ...

Desther and his minions hardly move... so don't you just open the door, kill whoever comes, and thus the area is clear enough to rest at the far end? As good as recall stone (which worked, I'm pretty sure, in one of the earlier patches at least, sent you to the throne room)

Always how I did it.

spoiler?

I see you'd done it already...
But anyhow, you could have just casted fireballs on the minions, (at the doorway, greal STAND in front of you), then run around chopping the five guys surrounding desther, then run away for a minute so all of the stars above Desther's head dissappears ...

You can read every single word in the game to notice these things, or you can be a spoiler and get a walkthrough.

For all the Bioware game series and all similar games I play, I prefer to make my first character a wizard (with all weapon feats!), that way you get to see every spell and stuff in the game!
Not in the case of NWN obviously, but still.
Sorceror is for people that are: lazy, noobish, lacking playing ...
