I was just wondering if anyone had any details on the way the romance with Jaheira comes to a close? I think it is possibly the most difficult one in the game simply because it seems to take forever. Actually, I have to agree and disagree with that. While she is a fantastic archer, there is no way I will ever use her in that capacity. When I got her, her only profiencies were in shortbow which meant I could put the rest into whatever weapon I wanted. I ended up picking on short sword anyway ...

That isn't exactly true. They don't all stop there. If you are a fighter/mage (in my case, a fighter/mage/cleric), you can get two strongholds. After you do the quest for the Fighter stronghold, refuse the offer, and she says she will wait. Go do the planar sphere quest which will get you that ...
