I, too, have downloaded the Thieves' Den, and I have to say I'm kinda disappointed. There really wasn't anything to it. Like the above poster said, all you do is clear out all the skeletons from the cave. It's not even like it's a huge, complex cave. I was hoping there'd be a quest or two involved ...

Yes, just feed on a regular basis. The disease advances when you stop feeding.

You know, this confused me as well when I got the cure. When you finish gathering all the ingredients and bring them to her, she gives you two doses right there. However, if you look in your inventory (if I'm not mistaken), you will only see the ONE dose of the cure that's for you. I remember seeing ...

I'm pretty sure there's a way to fix this. You need to make sure you're at the lowest level of Vampirism when you take the cure. In other words, feed so that I think it reads "Vampirism (25)". This is the level of the Vampirism where sunlight doesn't hurt you yet. If you take the cure at this stage ...

The following was written by Denethorn, which I found in a different thread:

You have to enable an ini setting

In your My Documents, there should be a folder called My Games. Within it another folder called Oblivion and within that should be a file 'Oblivion.ini'.

Open it with notepad, and find ...

Sweet, I'm gonna try that tonight. Sorry, was that in the manual? I'm gonna feel like an ass if it was. I could swear it's not, though. I mean, obviously I knew about hitting R to go to 3rd person view, but I didn't know about holding it down.

Thanks!

Question About Screenshots

Hi there :)

Okay, so I know how to take screenshots, no problem. My question is as follows: Is there a way to get a full body shot of my character without having the character menu in the shot? As far as I know, the only way to bring up a shot of my character is by bringing up the menu (I'm on a ...

Haha, yes, someone please explain this to me too, as I also have a female character, and when she fights she sounds like a guy.

I actually got this sword way early on, as a mistake. I think this is when I was level 3 or 4. I was just running around the wilderness, looking for dungeons so I could grind. Found this one place. Go into it and run around and start killing stuff. I get to the end and see there's this person in the ...

Funny, those're pretty much the exact same specs I have on my laptop. I have everything set to medium, and it runs well. I'm sure if I bumped things up to high it'd slow down considerably. But yeah, everything looks and sounds great.

I'll keep that in mind! Although I think it would've been good if they had some kind of option you could check on or off that would prevent you from doing accidental damage to friendly targets.

Aha! I think that might be it. Somewhere in the course of fighting (I forget which fight), I accidentally hit an ally soldier. It really wasn't my fault! He ran in front of me while I was swinging my sword. I even remember at one point Martin fighting me for some reason that is beyond me. I didn't ...

It did happen the 2nd time, yes. Coulda sworn I took the right horse, though. You know, I made sure that before I got on, the horseshoe icon wasn't red when I moused over. Oh well!

Wrongly Accused of Stealing?

Hi everyone. So I'm not sure if this is a weird bug or what. I'm on the quest to take Martin and Jaffre to Cloud Ruler. We're traveling down the road when an Imperial Guard informs me that he's to arrest me because of my "stolen goods". Thing is, I don't have any. The first time this happened I ...
