I never got a bounty, you'll usually get a bounty if the person sees you before you shoot them. I just waited until he turned around before I shot him in the back of the neck. Then I searched his body and took the arrow back for future quests.

Never heard of it, where do you find it?

Thats no bug, theres a magic chest in the Arch-mage room that multiplies ingredients that are deposited into it. If you don't get the ingredients within a week, they disappear. I was looking through my game stats and I saw a total that said Stores Invested In and I was wondering what thats about exactly. Like how do I invest in a store and where do I have to be to do it?

I'm getting the same thing when I try to do Sanguine's quest with messing up the dinner party. The only thing we can do is just wait...or send angry letters to the people of Bethesda telling them to work with XBox live to get it fixed

Ummm...I don't know, I just restarted and am playing with a different character, using totally different strategies then I had with my first character. Still fun.

No one, but you'll still get kicked out. I've been kicked out once, I'm the archmage, I got one of the apprentices to follow me around, and in the middle of a fight he jumped in the way of my fire arrow and got himself killed and I got kicked out. Its really stupid.

No, you don't need to hit equip with a soul gem, it automatically does it. Just use soul trap and kill the creature as quickly as possible in order to get the soul.

Daedra hearts you can get in any Oblivion Portal

Nope, just regular bandits, they're not really hard to find.

There aren't any vamp hears I do believe, only vamp ashes and daedra hearts, 20 of each are required to re-enter the mages guild. And nirnroot are everywhere where water is, just look around the edges of water.

Which NPC's would be best to talk to cause none of them mention the gang

Edit: Never mind, I had already done the gang quest and gotten rid of them, I had just forgotten all about it.
