After much consideration, I decided to try these "tactics" you speak of.

Now I'm permanently 100% chameleon and I sneak swing until they die. It's a lot faster.

6x faster, to be exact. :mischief:

Why can't you join the Thieves' Guild?

I don't recall the Thieves not letting you in if you join the Fighters. Unless you did Sjoring Hard-Heart's quests, which I pray you did not.

I really don't think there's much to explain about it. It's just my personal preference to not use mods. I didn't directly insult anyone, I believe, and if you got offended then perhaps you should lighten up.

I have nothing against mods, modders, or the like. It's just not my thing. It makes me ...

I just run straight at them and swing a daedric claymore until they die.

From what I can tell so far, no. The maximum enchantment I've managed to get is 1600 with grand soul gems and a grand sized soul, and I was able to apply to anything from a tattered robe to a daedric cuirass.

I just kill High Ordinators. You can get a million gold in an hour doing that, and i haven't seen any faster means of it anywhere else.

Immoral wasn't the term I was looking for, I reckon.

What I'm trying to say is it's against what I personally believe is right and ethical. I don't know what the term for that would be. Apparently, immoral was off the mark.

Meh. I'm not arguing, I'm just proving a point.

As for using mods, it's a matter of opinion. Ifind it immoral, but most don't. It's about personal preference.

Out of curiosity, what does IIRC mean?

I see the term pop up a lot and no one ever elaborates.

Also, as for the "dodge mod", I don't use mods. It's a moral thing.

And no, I don't need armor either. I have over three thousand hit points, but I just like the way it looks.

Hm. Adamantium always showed up as heavy armor in my game. Weird. Or maybe I'm thinking of something else.

Either way, I looked it up, and Stahlrim is, in fact, the best medium armor. It goes from Stahlrim to Royal Guard to Indoril, and then down from there.

As for the ebony closed helm, I don't ...

I dunno. I think the limit might be higher than 255, because it was higher in Morrowind. My (legitimate) Morrowind character is level 310 and I haven't hit the cap yet. It could be 500 or 999, not 255.

The Great Medium Armor Debate

I've been seeing the question pop up all the time: "What's the best medium armor?"

Apparently, most people are under the impression that it's Indoril.

However, it's actually stahlrim, which has almost twice as much defense as Indoril. I hope that clears up any misconceptions.

Okay, There are a LOT of things that need to be settled here. So I'll go with the list style.

1. Medium armor is not weaker than light armor, you guys just haven't found good medium armor.

2. On that note, Stahlrim is the best medium armor, not Indoril.

3. Daedric armor is heavy, not medium.

4 ...

In general, daggers are better for sneak attacks because you can get two 6x hits off. Long blades are better for melee combat, since they do more damage and have longer reach.
