and certain skills take more work to raise than others. athletics takes lifetimes to raise. stupid athletics

yes you want to increase your endurance stat first to maximum at every level until it is at 100. then you get +10 every time you level up after that. i am at level 52 with 660 health.

You can go to jail and serve your time which will reduce skills. The only bad thing is it picks at random which to reduce and by how many points. If you save it before you sleep and serve your time and dont like the skill classes the points were removed from you can just load and try again. I am ...

Who do you get the spell from so it can be used in the Arcane University to enchant something. I have Fortify Attribute and Fortify Magicka but not Fortify Skill. I thought there was supposed to be a Reflect Damage enchantment we could use as well.
