Though I opted for a fighter-heavy party, I do think mage parties are actionally more powerful in the end.

BUT:

1) mages are somewhat weak in the beginning of SoA.
2) they require constant resting which is simply annoying
3) When facing TOB's boss resting is impossible. You'll have a hard time ...

only mages get bonus points with each level up to apply to their basic stats

I don't think so. At least in my version of PS:T all three classes get one bonus point to their stats forch each time they gain a level.

Personally, I don't like the mage class in PS:T all that ...

@ Fable

The Church rooted out all those who believed in non-centralized leadership, lack of ownership of worldly goods, the continuation of miracles, etc, and banned them outside the Empire.

Poooh, that's extremly simplified!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a serious response I'd need to know what time you're ...

I agree that the Cavalier is the most powerful paladin because of the boni against demons and dragons. I appreciate the Inquisitor as well, especially for the dispel magic ability. But a Cavalier - if you get Carsomyr - can use this ability either.
The Undead Hunter is IMO completly superfluous ...

Huh? I don't know why men are difficult to understand. On contrary to women, we tend to mean what we say. I think it's difficult to understand WOMEN, though not completly impossibel:

If women say...
THEY MEAN

Yes...
NO

No...
YES

Maybe/Possibly/Perhaps...
NO

We need...
I WANT

I'm sorry ...

Actionally Germany vs. Brazil is not a "real" classic. Although since 1950 there never was a final without Germany OR Brazil (1978 being the sole exception), both teams have never played each other in WC history.

However, I'm not surprised that Germany reached the final as we have so many players ...

I doesn't matter if Jaheira is any longer in your party after you've killed that Harper boss. Remember, this guy tried to prove you're quite dangerous. His fellow harpers probably believe him since his death seems to show he was right. The harpers won't let ger you away with killing one of their ...

@ Littitz

Do you remember the last-of-16-round 1994, Italy vs. Spain?
87th minute, score 1:1. Tassotti brutally fouls Louis Enrique in the penalty area, breaking his nose. It shoud have been a red card for Tassotti and a penalty for Spain. But the ref didn't see it. 88th minute, direct ...

Damn! I'm afraid of our match against Paraguay. Hamann, Ramelow and Ziege have been suspended on tuesday. Bode (actionally a striker) will have to replace Ziege on the left side, since Böhme is injuried. And I've just heard that Ballack is injuried as well. Possibly he'll be able to play, but ...

Purifying Yoshimo's heart erans you 200.000 xp, pretty nice, especially if you do the Spellhold quest early in the game. Anyways, if you CLUACONSOLE xp probably isn't a problem for you. Can't understand it, though.

Cameroon-Germany was a actionally a comparatively fair match. The ref was extremly restrictive, often for no obvious reason. Ramelow, Ziege and Hamann will have to pause next round.

P.S.: Ref: Lopez Nieto (Spain). Spain might encounter Germany next round.

Vhailor is an excellent fighter, but you don't need him to win the game. Especially since, as you have probably already noticed, there are hardly any real tough battles in PS:T. Vhailor's Mercykiller-attitude..., well you'll see yourself.

I must admit that I didn't pay much attention to the Indian-Pakistani-conflict until last year, so I don't know how many chiefs the ISI had in the last decade.

I didn't claim that the ISI runs entire countries. I said they're supporting terrorism. It's true however that (at least since the 11th September 2001) Musharaf tries to limit it's influenced. He replaced the ISI- boss Ahmed with the more loyal and moderate ul-Haq in October 2001.

A question ...

The Cashmir dispute is the origin of the Indian-Pakistani conflict. However the recent trouble is that India claims Pakistan is supporting terrorists in the Indian part of Kashmir and elswhere in India (remember the raid on the Indian parliament).
It's not a secret that the Pakistani secret service ...
