4. GO-TO has one particular skill that give him an advantage over Mandalore in combat, namely his droid scambler. It can really change the battle when the Sith's war droids suddenly turn on the former masters. Also his stealth ability can help in the pre-battle preparations.

Hmmm, I'd have to with Hanharr if only for the reason that GO-TO and HK-47 essentially owe alot to their programming for how they are (otherwise HK-47's definition of love would have gotten him the darkest award). Also HK-47 can be very humorous, where as Hanharr spends his time either stalking ...

Unfortunately, the Hidden Beks won't let you into their base if you're wearing a Sith uniform, so that won't work. Anyway, another way to get two is the Manaan duplicator glitch, though I think I heard that it might be a bit buggy with the Sith Uniform.

Yes, I agree, but I also think it's the price you pay for trying to have the best of both worlds. Sith and Jedi have to sacrifice Lightside and Darkside powers, respectively. The grey Jedi have their own sacrifices to make.

I don't know about the Mandalorian battle circle (though I imagine that it would work), but I do know you can do that for the Handmaidens. Disqualifying two or three of the handmaidens is the only way I've ever beaten all five of them.

Isn't there a saying or something, "If you can't handle the yellow eyes and ashen skin, stay away from the darkside?"

You can also get influence with him, buy deferring to his expertise in a few situations, like letting him fix the broken speeder on Nar Shaddaa, and the recording device on Dantooine.

[QUOTE=Xandax]It is not terrible difficult, I think most of us who've played a number of times have done this strategy.

Having level 2 scoundrel might be tricky on tanaris but by not mean terrible difficult if you use your party as well.

Personally - in KOTOR1 I have a fondness for the scoundrel ...

Just a thought, but if Visas joined your crew before you made the Handmaiden into a Jedi, it might have dropped your influence with her.

Interesting that most dual-weilding Jedi are held in something akin to distain by most single blade duelists. The Dark Jedi Boc, from Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight , is called "the Crude" because of his practice of using to blades, and Count Dooku had undeniable contempt for General Grevious' unrefined ...

[QUOTE=Gambit]Speaking of Holocrons on Korriban, Kreia tells you about a Holocron made by one of the Sith Lords about another Lightsaber Technique. I have been searching to find this holocron, and am not sure if they even have it in the game. The only place I can think that it may be is in the Telos ...

It might be a glitch (I've experienced similar things, chiefly with Atton and Visas), but I think it may be more a matter of influence. The fact that you can't train Mira, certainly has to do with influence. As for the changing in allignment, I had less trouble with the Handmainden who I have pretty ...

Well I can't help you with all your questions but I do know when you max out lightside or darkside, you get attribute bonus (depending on your class) and if your aatribute is already maxed out it will reset to zero and work its way up again.

Basically the option to train characters in the Force is determined by your influence with them, not your allignment. You must either have very high or very low influence with the characters to train them. Characters like the Disciple and Bao-Dur generally require like side choices to gain influence ...

Hmmm, am I the only single blade fan about? I mean it can look cool (and colorful) to wield two blades, but seriously if you may out your dueling skill you're a far better fighter. Maxing out dual-weild only gets rid of the penalties for using more than one weapon. Sure you get double the crystals ...

Probably has to do with the fact that lightsabers are essentially weightless when compared to other melee weapons, and so in a class of their own. Anyhow, there's your pointless Star Wars trivia for the day.
