I love Dark Side and Light Side. I love to see how the endings vary, how the fate of your companions may drastically change. Plus I find it neat how the face changes. Plus I love using the dark side powers such as the lightning and as a Dark Sider it takes less FP to use it, more bang for the buck ...

Other Light weapon types, mustly the of the Lightsaber variety:
Fiber-cord linked lightsabers
Curve-hilted Lightsaber (wouldn't be able to make it out very well during gameplay but in the menu where you equip it or upgrade it would be easier to see)
Dual-phase Lightsaber
Great Lightsaber/Lightclub ...
