I'm confused. I have 100% Shield (through various enchantments) but I can still be damaged by normal weapons. So, my question is what is Shield?
Are you blocking? If you're not, you just get a few additional armour points (up to a max of 85% damage reduction). I've never been at 100 block skill ...

Moreover, they seem to be stating implementation facts, rather than implementation qualities such as "Non-combat quests resolutions (...)" instead of "Great and intriguing quest system".
