Caster/Melee dosen't give best damage in the game. Highest damage you get from a Brigand, Assassin or a Conqueror. But Thane offers some defence, and that's the reason why it's a good build.
The advantage from taking Storm mastery with Warfare is that you get very good defensive skills from Storm ...

Static Charge and Heart of Frost do apply both to staffs and elemental type spells. So Heart of Frost will help cold based spells only. Same way around with Static Charge. If you use Ice Shards you should max Heart of Frost as soon as possible.

Well, if you don't want ternion attack, you could ...

Important for piercers: Remeber that pierced damage is how much of your psysical damage that bypasses enemy armor. That's why low strength piercers do low pierce damage. So dex is for percentage of strength based damage that bypasses armor, so strength also determines how much pierce damage you do ...

After playing this game for some time i became tired of having too many identical masteries, weaponchoices and skills among my builds. I've tried to create 4 builds that i've found best in fun, survivability and variety and still would have all masteries represented. I made this thread, so IF theres ...

I am aware of multiclass penalties, but i can see the effect of "same class" kills, giving less xp. Because many city core kills are figther/rogue type, i've been lower zp, and figther progesses slower in low levels as someone pointed out.

Level Progression question

How does xp for different classes work (Especially fighter) ?

Im playing a figther for the first time and every kill gives extremely low xp. Where my clerics, mages, rogues, wizards gets about 66 xp for human kills (Muggers & Prisoners), my figther get only 5, and this is the case with almost all ...

Ok, get the dual-thing. Thanx

But what about the threat range. In the manual some has none give (ex. scythe just has (x4) instead of greatsword (19-20x2), do that mean that i have to roll 20?

Questions about Critical and dual-wield

I've been studying the manual but can't make out how critical works. I understand (19-20)x2 means that if you roll either 19 or 20 twice you score a critical of damagex2. But mainly the weapon criticals are only shown as say x2...then what do i have to roll to score a critical?

Second question is ...

These are the changes made in patch 1.20. Refresh is one of the major changes made, and it now only shorten cooldown timer, instead of instantly refreshing skills. Another major thing made in the patch is the difficulty of figthing Typhon and monster at the olympus. You can't destroy the statues ...

About calculated or onslaugth, many discussions have been related to this subject. So it depends on a few things:

Calculated gives piercing damage (Meaning that it bypasses armor, and is increased by DEX. Futher more it adds bleeding damage)

Onslaugth gives psysical damage (Meaning that it adds to ...

Well, either it's a hack, or done from the games editor. You can only enchant yellows and greens, not blues and purple when playing outside of custom quest mode.
