Since I'm quite familliar with the topic, the writer, and polish reality, I feel I should make a contribution to the discussion.

Dragon Wench, great point. Poland is definetely NOT a good place to be a woman, especially fantasy-liking, and Sapkowski is partly responsible for this. Since his books ...

very odd to have given priority to wis over str - I appreciate that the savin throws are helped, but the unadjusted str really needs to be 15+ for a fighter and I would always go with 18str for a potential dual class and sacrifice the wis.

str - carrying plus to hit and opening - you may want to ...

My apologies :)

This same exact thing occured with GTA San ...

Higher Resolutions?

the default resolution in PS:T is frankly, quite ugly. any way to get say 1024x780 or higher like in BG 2? i don't think it's in the game options anywhere. a mod perhaps?

For one thing, I assumed that all the crazies in Grout's mansion were, in fact, his childer. He experiments on them to find a cure for vampirism.

grout's mansion was really hard and scary for me until i realized that none of the enemies you face there are vampires, ie: you can feed on them. after ...

I'm playing an archer through the game right now and he's damn good. He's not solo but he's damn good. His thac0 is at -8 and he hits everything except monsters immune to +2 weapons and less (have to wait til ToB for those +3 arrows :D ). Firkraag died before he killed all my summons. Some good ...
