As if most people even have enemies. Not an insult to the OP, it's a worthwhile discussion and philosophical topic, but honestly, enemies??? What are you, superheroes?

"After winding up in a European torture house, Matarazzo's character, Lorna, is disrobed, hung upside down, and then slashed repeatedly with a large scythe by a woman who proceeds to cut her throat and lay naked beneath her, writhing in ecstasy as Lorna's blood pours onto her body."

The problem I have is that increasing taxes ALWAYS leads to a slower economy. Its a quick fix with long term harm to the country.

Wow, and here I thought I'd never post on these forums again, but every once and a while you just read something...

After the second World War, the top marginal tax ...

nvidia drivers

Nvidia's driver updates keep screwing up more and more on my system - the last update created weird, pulled polygon effects, it looked like spikes were stretching out of character models in Mass Effect. Same with Civ 4. VTMB: Bloodlines crashes in the opening screen, Icewind Dale 2 freezes during ...

Just wanted to say thanks for the sympathy and condolences, they mean a lot to me right now.

Stanolis, I think you're right, it is going to help to adopt another cat eventually; I think we'll wait a couple of months, to get as over this as we can. And yep - adopting from the Humane Society is the ...

Might be your drivers rather than your card. Bloodlines used to play fine on my 7900 gtx, updated the drivers, two different times, and Bang, it actually freezes now when I try to load it up.

From BG1 - causing my Paladin to fall, changing his portrait to Pinhead from Hellraiser, then creating a voice set using Lou Tenant from Fallout 1 that I applied to my character, and it all worked perfectly.

From BG2 - so much... but using Shadow Keeper to recreate my Planescape Torment party was ...

Why not a Tiefling or Air Genasi starting with a 20 in dex? By 21st level you're able to pick up perfect two weapon fighting, no waste of epic extra feats on dex bonuses. I'd recommend on top of that, going with weapon finesse and dual kukris, but that's just me.

"Isn't the whole point of journalism and reporting to provide a non-biased view of events?"

Isn't the reason the media is so godawful these days because they try to maintain the pretense of non-biased reporting? I think it should be the job of the media to report the truth, and the truth is ...

finally got my art site up

Hey there, finally got a website up for my sci-fi and fantasy art (among other things): Art Imitates Art I wanted to get my work out there, get people's feedback from it, what do you like, what do you not like, and see if there were other artists - or anyone with a sci-fi/fantasy themed page - out ...

Ran into the exact same problem - updated my forceware drivers to the latest and now VTMB won't run, same effect when I load up.

Running two 7900 GTXs SLI. If people know a fix for this, it would be appreciated, I'd like to play this game again.

Considering the expansion IMO invalidates earlier character builds from NWN2 (with the new feats, new classes, new races to try out), I'd say you're in a great position to buy both at the same time - until the next expansion comes out of course... :S

What I've played of the expansion so far seems ...

I'm a perfected Christian, aka an atheist.

Seriously though, the only way she can sell books is by being sensationalistic, and she's sensationalized everything else, so anti-semitism was the next logical step.

According to the reviews and the Bioware forums, the expansion is loaded with bugs - people are saying save early and often, you'll probably need earlier saves at some point.

Well, keep in mind the Drow is penalized by I think 3 levels (or 2), meaning without cheating in the OC you won't reach level 20.

I like the general choice of classes though, I've done similar builds. Remember as well that a gap between non-favourite (by race) classes will give you an experience ...
