You need enough influence with Bao to train him. Are you sure you've got enough?

Personally, I never used HK, G0-T0 or Mandalore if not forced to (as I prefer the light side). The other characters are as good in sneaking and fighting - even better, as they're all jedi *g*

There's more than one way to do some things. You can decide that the wrong person is guilty, etc. Finding the corpse in the crypt is just the easiest way to prove that all the suspects are innocent, but you can also try to prove it for every one individually.

You probably got more influence with Visas than with Handmaiden. Afaik there's no way to fix this, except loading before getting more influence with Visas.

In this case, install the fix and either talk to atton (to get a "workaround" method) or load a savegame before entering the secret academy (to play the whole thing without problems). I recommend the last one.

Normaly he will be freed when you speak to him after freeing your friends from their cages. But there's a glitch, where they never get into the cage - it is triggered by saying "We mean no harm" when entering the secret academy.

So the big question is: Are your friends in the cages? Or are the ...

In Kotor 1 I was not very interessted to get a high repair skill, as the only thing you could use it for was HK-47 (iirc).

I even got enough repair/computer with my weapon master. In fact, you don't need that much, as you can get some items that give a total boost of +15 or more, so that computer/repair 5 is ...
