Well Im almost done with the game, and I can agree with the majority here:
As an Action-RPG its 'ok', as a BioWare product Im disappointed, though not suprised since they have been assimilated by EA.
Visually, yes, its one of the best 'looking' RPGs I've ever played. Cutscenes are amazing, facial ...

So if you play a soldier how do you get your people to get these done for you? Or do you have to replay with those skills? I constantly bring npcs out with me who are high in both these skills but I can never get them to do anything (even from the space-bar menu) Any ideas?

(Spent the greater part of last night exploring the other planets to wrap uo side quests and stuff - then went onto Ilos)
Well Im starting to believe it's better to have a way polished and short n sweet main story than a game that goes on and on forever. I'll probably replay for the other classes ...

Ok so playing M/E for PC...it took some getting used to but after letting it sink in, it's actually a really good game. Couple of things that really stood out:
Camerawork - really liked the whole shaky cam thing, makes you feel like you're with the party.
Graphics - maybe cause this was made for ...

MotB is hard as hell
Hey guys,
I have finished the OC a few times, now I have motb, but I lost my saves from OC. So I went ahead and leveled up a guy to 18 and I'm getting destroyed, barely surviving, multiple reloads for each encounter. Is it the 2 level difference? I've done OC plenty of times with no problems at all ...

New Ore question (Spoilers)
Hi I searched the forums and the only posts about ore are its locations, I know those already.
My question is: If you find more than one BEFORE you get your keep or before you report it to a miner, will those found mines be kept in some kind of memory?
I clicked on all the ore mines prior to ...

Opinions?
Guys Im fresh off of NWN2 expansion and I've been eyeing this game up alot lately. Can anyone give me some honest opinions for the PC version?
Is it more like NWN2 (real rpg, stats, loot, etc) or like Jade Empire (fight or talk). And all the stuff in between, thanks

Final fight was hard indeed but not impossible. Healing is a key factor (in my battle) so I loaded up Z with heal spells and let my monk, the dwarf, Jerro go nuts - iirc you've already said Garius true name so there isnt a need to do it again? Unless you're talking about the 3 shadow reavers?

Sorry but this is what happens when you make an RPG for console then port to PC - and not vice versa. Game felt extremely 'lite' - from the way you move around, to the very linear paths, to the 'pick your type' character as opposed to real character customization you find in PC RPGs. Lot of detail ...

Well I paid $50 and you can color me mad as hell
I paid $50 for what looked like the first project for some kids out of video game school. All the above reviews are very complimentary, the game looks, feels and plays like it's half baked. From the crappy horse controls to the slew of random ...
