I don't know if this qualifies as accidental, but once a long time ago, I realised the milk had gone bad just as I was set to make pancakes.
Instead I ended up using the equivalent amount of plain yoghurt. The results were so much better that I've made pancakes that way ever since :D

Then, we'll be easy pickings for the guards, because even if they are not armed with guns, they have batons hard enough to crack a skull and no plastic fork can stop that. If that isn't bad enough, they're armed with pepper sprays as well. A real pain in the neck. :p
