Instead of cripple I think infect is better.you can use encase or static bolt to decrease his speed. Er..... no one answered. But I found it out myself. I think ricochet and pierce does help in marking multiple units. Though the idea of using to the advantage seemed far-fetched while I was playing actually.

All ranged party really rocks! I completed elite with 4 ranged and a lap dragon (for power recovery and spell immunity solely).In that case you can use repulse continuously on those Uhn miners who so troubled you.Sadly didn't have expansion pack then and now when I have I deleted the character.
