Thank you so much for the tip about the Harvall!! I got it just before turning in the letter which finished off Worth Its Weight In Gold and then fought on the side of the squirrels at the Golem clearing in the quest Force Recon . That sword mowed through the soldiers like a hot knife through buttah ...

You need to take the vial as part of the quest. I got it after following demigame's advice and changing camera angles (as I stated in my last post.) I was just asking what pressing alt does, because it didn't seem to do anything when I pressed it.

Thanks a lot for your advice; changing camera angles was all it took. I can't believe something as simple as that stopped me cold.

By the way, pressing alt didn't seem to do anything; perhaps that only works on certain types of objects?

For some reason I am finding it impossible to target/pick up the glass vial in the crypt in the Buried Memories quest. The body of Ilsa is so close to it that the cursor won't change from the icon which auto-targets corpses.... I must have spent ten minutes trying to reposition the mouse a tiny ...

Unfortunately it sounds like you will have problems given your experience playing the demo. My suggestion is to look at the box if possible and check the recommended system requirements-- NOT the minimums--and if your system is at least as good as that, then you should be G2G.
