I believe that Asherons Call 2 is due out towards the end of this year, which is cool as Asherons Call was by far and away the best MMORPG!

Does anyone know how you can get to sign up for beta testing on Asherons Call 2? Any help would be most appreciated

I am looking forward to NWN being released but am unsure whether I should get it or not. More than likely, I will be buying it (if I do decide to buy it) for the single player aspects, rather than multiplayer - tho no doubt I will look into multiplayer ...

Can anyone tell me where I can go where there are plenty of very low level monsters to get my char through Levels 1 & 2?

You have to buy enchanting scrolls for the relevant weapon that you want to enchant.

Does anyone know where I can find a mod that increases your running and walking speed? I'm really fed up with the depressingly slow speed you walk at!! The only thing I've found to help with this is to choose your birthsign as the Steed.

From what I understand from reading this & other boards, no matter what type of character you want to be, it is better not to have that character's defining skills as major or minor skills when creating ...

Perhaps fix her up with some easy fights & don't let her take the Sujama during those fights.
Then, when she wins, you can tell her "SEE!! You can win fights without using Sujama!"
Then she might break down in tears and give you a big hug and you can try to start a new life together that's totally ...

I belive different souls provide different & more powerful effects. Haven't found out for myswelf, tho, as am still fairly new to the game & am waiting for my new PC to arrive before I get too stuck in!

You have to cast the spell Soultrap on an enemy monster (NPC's don't work) and then kill that monster within 60 seconds. If you kill him within that time, then you will trap his soul in a soul gem. Obviously, you need an empty soul gem first.

Yeah, I noticed the change in dates & that is what me decide to pay the extra money & ship it from the States.
The website I bought it from only charged the £15 for shipping and I got it within 4 days! I was seriously impressed about that!

I don't know why there is such a difference between the USA & UK release dates - it can be very frustrating! I love RPG's & despite all Daggerfall's faults I couldn't wait to get Morrowind!
£15 is a bit much, but so far it's the best game I've played!

I was reckoning on Medium Armour skill and enchanting skill. Not sure whether to make Long sword & blocking or spear as major or minor skills......
Also was thinking of restoration magic? Perhaps conjure as well?
