Q: what has been the best weapon(s) that you have seen in Nwn and why?

for me it is the +2 Stonefire Axe and the dual blade of the Gladiator / Astral Balde +2 - guarenteed to have the enemys guts in a pile!

98 SE all the wqay

while i have had the occasional problem with 98s, the majority of software runs perfectly, i also have tried win ME, Win XP, win 2000 etc, and every time i have gone back to good ol 98se, as others have said Me is too buggy, and xp sucks up too much resources for my likeing ...

the way i did it was to use fire arrows on the white dragon and ice arrows on the red, (i had called shot and rapid fire feats tho) i also had boots of speed equipped so i could outrun them and my armour had immunity to mind spells so i coudnt get frightened .and wear them down that way, took a ...

right, 1st thing to do is kill the creatures with him (because they are the ones sheilding him from harm), once they are dead you can get to work on desther, he may seem hard but after giving him a few good slaps he gives up!

well myself i have only used 2 henchmen , Boddyknock and grimgnaw,, picked boddy 1st, he died a lot, so picked grim and never looked back, cos he owns :P

:D as far as i can tell bashing or picking a chest makes no difference to what you get out of it IE: something

best nwn basher is grimclaw, he can get to parts that other adventurers cannot reach :)

i also noticed that the items in chest are random, because i found a chest ...

also i found that as u go past level 14 onwards, your henchman cant, he will stay at lvl 14, even though you can tel him to level up, he will do so, but still be level 14

there are a good few *trap* quests in the game but the best thing to do is just to walk into the trap and kill all oposition, as a paldinyour honor demands that you erase all evil from the land :)

so go and give them a personal visitation from god and and shower yourself with exp, gold and items ...
