You select HOF mode in the configuration setup under game play. In HOF you get alot more experience points than in normal mode.

How can you guys summon creatures that remain in the battle square room? Everytime I summon a creature, it is warped to a room in the northwest of this level.

It appears that I am getting only half of the experience points that the strategy guide calls out for quests and enemy killing. Any ideas why I would only be getting half the points???

Has anyone played battle squares in Heart of the Fury mode. I made it through stage 1 with level 20 characters. I will continue on. The baddies have a ton of hit points and are tough to take down in 60 seconds.

Thanks guys. I played through baldur's Gate II and moved on to Icewind dale I & II. The available settings are a liitle different. I since turned this game over to my brother n law who needs all the help he can get, because he is a little slow!

In Icewind dale there is a setting you can check, max hit points at level up. Is this setting available in Baldur's gate II? You can also highlight gound items by using the alt key in Icewind Dale. Is this feature available in Baldur's gate II?

Buck, thanks for the update. Sorry for being impatient. You have done the best job with the previous games than any other site on the web. I even waited a few weeks, (as long as I could), to buy IWD2 to give you time to begin to get information about IWD2 on GameBanshee. Thanks again.

I believe the charisma of my Bard is 12. No, I am not under the effect of an energy drain spell or any other spells. I have tried removing all armor and misc and I have also tried resting.

I have a 9th level Bard that can only cast level 1 & 2 level spells, but I do have the level 3 & 4 spells in my spell book. Does anyone know if the bonus disc from the collectors edition and the bonus disc fron the Adventure Pack is the same bonus disc???
If not, what is the difference between the two and what do you get with each disc?

Is a Bard good at opening locks or do you have to have a rogue?
