Heyo - I went down to WK as you suggested, me0w, but didn't find a vendor offering the Bag. I only spoke with one vendor, though, so if there's more than one, maybe I missed them. But the "official" vendor to whom you're referred by the Knights didn't have one.

I'd be surprised if there didn't exist somewhere out there a list of all the side-quests in BG2 (both SoA and ToB) no matter how big or small - but I can't seem to find one. I mean ALL of them - the teddy bear, the strongholds, all the NPCs, romance, etc., etc. If anyone knows of such a thing ...

That's a good question davfra - I'm finishing up ToB and am in Watchers Keep now - I have the cloak but not the clasp. Which means that I must find it in WK, I guess - Coot? Is that true or did I just miss it somewhere? I've done every other area that I know of...
