It's kinda funny that she romances Half-elves, because if you have Jaheira in the party, she calls her a mongrel at the same time.

You don't get the pin until after you complete the Jaheira romance.

HE HAS 4 FIGHTERS. JAHEIRA IS A FIGHTER. Everyone forgets this. I like her better than Minsc as a fighter even.

With that party, dump Korgan. You already have 3 fighters besides him. (You, Minsc, Jaheira). And you need Aerie for support with that many fighters, since she's your only cleric.

Jaheira will be happier if you don't

If Viconia's asking you to sleep with her, the chance to romance Jaheira is long gone.

Alignment has no effect whatsoever. I romanced Viconia with a Paladin.

She repeats it at random times, I can't figure out if it's tied to anything. Rest assured that you aren't through though.

I'd much rather have a smaller number of NPCs and have lots more NPC interation and dialogue.

Even if she's dead, there's no reason for her to STAY dead. Priests can raise people, remember?

Jaheira less useful towards the end? What game are you playing? She's the most useful NPC you can get IMO. She fights as well as Minsc, has spells to summon allies to her side, and has stoneskin. Give her decent armor and a shield and her AC easily drops to -10. Also boost her str with a girdle.

From all accounts, no the novel sucks compared to the story in the game.

Ok, before I rate them all my current favorite mix is: (Though I have played through will every NPC)

Me - Half-Elf Fighter/Mage: 212 hps with Tensor's Transformation. Add stoneskin, Spirit Armor and Robe of Venca. You get the picture.

Jaheira - Perfect compliment to my Fighter/Mage. Nice range of ...

I'm trying to finish with as close to an all elf party as I can right now. I have me, half-elf fighter mage, Jaheira, Aerie, Viconia, Haer'Dalis. And Imoen cause she's ma sister.

I tend to think no. I like the girdle and gauntlets alot, and I can do tons of damage without it, so why bother?

I seriously doubt that she is, she doesn't have alot of practice...the other two have some more.
