Yes the ones from Lady Nighting??? something site...I had them in a zip file....and used them in both BG2 and IWD.....so I would say yes you could...

Don't you find picking a party combination makes up for the dialogue options in BG2? Sure BG2 has story and plot, but its nice to sit back and hack...

I've been looking for info on HoW but find no specifics, i.e. is it a sequel, add-on (like TOSC for BGI), rules update or what?

They ahve tweaked a few of the classes most notably the druid and bard. The powers are going to be more in line with the rest of the classes.
