Is it illegal to look at bug sites? Does Blizzard have any sort of code that can track if I am reading an exploit and dupe site for World of Warcraft...

Too look at sites where exploits are listed is in no way illigal. Blizzard cannot do anything against it. If you use the exploits that another issue....
