Can a fighter with a speciality in becoming a wizard slayer use rings, helmets, robes and boots?

i noticed he can't use potions, but what can he use...

You can use Boots of Speed (and most other fighter-type boots, too) and the good helmets - but not IOUN stones. Rings, cloaks, necklaces...
