Back to the good old sweep-and-clear. Once you head to the bank, the robbers make a break for it, so all you have to do is chase them down. These thugs are imbued with Energy X, and therefore stronger, so keep the team together, tempting as it may be to split up. Sweep the city block to block, following the arrows, clobbering all the enemies, and picking up money bags when dropped. Make sure to sweep the whole city before returning to the bank, in order to secure the secondary objective. Once clear, talk to the bank manager, and the level will end.
