Bethesda has released the seventh and final SPECIAL illustrative video for Fallout 4, which showcases the effects of the Luck attribute. As far as I can tell, there is nothing that deviates from the design of the attribute in the preceding games, but I guess there isn't a whole lot that can be done with "Luck" as a theme:
