Scott brings home the point by comparing the single-character aspect of Diablo to the multi-character element introduced in Dungeon Siege. “In games like Diablo, you get one guy, so you have one guy who has a ton of skills available to him and different upgrades. With five different people, the way you arrange them and the way you have them carry out commands... I think our game is most fun when you have a party and get that dynamic going and level them up together and build the kind of party you’re interested in.” He finishes with an example. “I wanna play this game again using 8 archers. I think that’d be a lot of fun."
