The first official Morrowind Plugin is now available on www.elderscrolls.com. It's in our Downloads section and is called Entertainers. Just download the Zip file and unzip it into your Data Files directory, load the game with the Entertainers plugin selected, and off you go. Details on what it does are on the Downloads page and in the Readme file in the Zip.
