Cryptic Studios' official City of Heroes website has been updated with a preview of the upcoming Features Update: Issue 2 called "A Shadow of the Past". Here's a brief description from the website:

The new generation of heroes knew they would find chaos in Paragon City. now heroes must journey beneath the streets, where an ancient evil lurks. And they must travel to a twisted realm beyond this dimension, to confront: A Shadow of the Past."
