Overview
1 - Sanitarium
The sanitarium is involved in a few quests:
Clandestine Cargo,
The Man Who Waits,
Two-Sided, and
A Voice from the Past. In the laboratory on the lower level (which you'll only be able to visit once you've triggered the quest
The Man Who Waits), you'll find
Blaidh Golan and
Ravenwing.
2 - Nedyn
Nedyn will give you the quest
The Theorems of Pandgram.
3 - Hadret House
Hadret House is the home of Dunryd Row, a group of ciphers who work as private detectives in Defiance Bay. You won't be able to do much in the house until you've triggered the quest
The Hermit of Hadret House, at which point you'll be able to talk to Lady Webb in her bedroom (upstairs). You'll also meet Kurren in the house (downstairs). He'll give you the quest
The Final Act (after you've triggered the quest
The Hermit of Hadret House), and he's also involved in the quests
Fragments of a Scattered Faith and
Rogue Knight.
4 - House Doemenel
When you enter this house, you'll be stopped by a doorman. The only way he'll allow you to enter peacefully is via certain quests
(
At All Costs,
Supply and Demand,
A Two Story Job).
House Doemenel is one of the three factions in Defiance Bay, and inside their house you'll meet their leaders. Abrecan (downstairs) is involved in the quest
A Two Story Job. Bricanta (upstairs) will give you the task
Hard Feelings, she's involved in the quest
Supply and Demand, and she's also a seller of "exceptional" firearms and more. Gedmar (upstairs) will give you the quest
The Changing of the Guard.
Note: Accepting the quest
The Changing of the Guard will lock you into House Doemenel and prevent you from receiving the finale quests for the Crucible Knights and the Dozens.
5 - Reymont Manor
Reymont Manor is involved in the quest
A Two Story Job.
6 - The Charred Barrel
You'll meet a few people of interest inside the Charred Barrel:
- Bandits (in the basement). They look like they should be involved in a quest, but they're not.
- Maerwith and her pirate crew (upstairs). They're involved in the quest
The Wailing Banshee.
- Thristwn (near the entrance). He'll give you the quest
Far from Home.
