While you're scouring Old Town for warrants, you'll stumble upon Betty and Pete. While already inebriated, Pete has apparently lost his bottle of booze to a beggar named Magpie. If you go snatch it back for him, he'll give you a gold piece. Betty, on the other hand, wants you to turn the booze over to her so Pete can do a little sobering up. She'll also give you a gold piece, but only if the booze doesn't get turned over to Pete.

Accept the quest, then head to the nearby alley to find Magpie busy sleeping. Simply grab the Booze with Note lying next to him, then return it to either Betty or Pete. Handing it to Betty earns you three Good points, while handing it to Pete earns you three Evil points. Either way, you'll receive a gold piece and the Warrant for Guntoting that was stuck inside the bottle.
