Overview
This bunker is involved in the Dead Money DLC. You won't be able to enter the bunker without the DLC.
1 - Corpse
At this spot you'll find a headless corpse holding some random loot.
2 - Locked Door
To open this door, you'll have to hack the "average" terminal next to it. Near the door and terminal, you'll also find a dropbox. After completing the Dead Money DLC, 100
Sierra Madre Chips will appear in the dropbox every three days.
3 - Elijah's Room
Inside this room you'll find a reloading bench, a workbench, a
T-45d Power Helmet (on a desk), a
Laser Rifle (on a table), a copy of
Dean's Electronics (on a counter), Elijah's chemistry set, and a vending machine. With at least Science 25, you'll be able to use the chemistry set to collect a
Jar of Cloud Residue (after completing the Dead Money DLC, you'll be able to repeat this once every 24 hours). Once you've found some
Sierra Madre Chips, you'll be able to use vending machines (here and elsewhere) to buy food items,
Doctor's Bags, and eventually more.
Also in the room you'll find a locked terminal and a locked footlocker. You won't be able to access
these items until you've completed the Dead Money DLC.
From the terminal you'll be able to download a locked holomessage for Veronica. If you take the
holomessage to her and tell her that you found Elijah (which might require you to talk to her about
Elijah first), then she'll unlock the message. If you let Veronica have the message, then she'll gain
the Elijah's Last Words perk, which will increase her attack speed by 150% and give her a 25% chance
to knock down enemies. If you keep the message for yourself, then you'll gain the Elijah's Ramblings
perk, which will increase your critical hit damage by 150%. Inside the footlocker you'll find
Father Elijah's Robes.
4 - Radio
The first time you approach this radio, you'll get gassed and wake up in the
Villa -- without your equipment, so be prepared. You then won't be able to return to the bunker until after you've completed the Dead Money DLC, but when you do you'll find some cots and footlockers (likely containing random ammunition) surrounding the radio.
