i coulda sworn you can get some female intended gold armour from one of the official bethesda plugins you can get from their site

usually i'd leave tribunal and bloodmoon until i'd got a bit further with a character on the main island, not necessarily doing the main quest though. it does get a little dull after awhile.

Golden Saints do have a dispel spell, i've seen them cast it to get rid of soultrap. fair enough ...

i've played as all of them. unless you roleplay the race, they can turn out pretty much the same

i think morrowind is more of a mature game though, kids these days tend to prefer killing things randomly

so you might get slow or you might get fast levitation
levitation is faster at higher values, and when you are carrying less

hope you're friendly with the telvanni, look around the council towers. up the top are usually some retainers that sell spells and gear. you can buy a summon golden saint spell from one of them. not sure whose ...

what primary and secondary skills do you have?

morrowind comes with the construction set anyway... and wouldnt buying the goty edition be a bit of a waste if you already own morrowind and bloodmoon Wopps?

Tribunal is more a continuation and almost an end for the Neravarine storyline, where as bloodmoon is more a diversion
i'd say they were both worth having
