It's been ages since I played the game, but for what it's worth, my first character was an entirely hand-to-hand focused Gangrel, and I got through (and enjoyed) the sheriff fight just fine.

Hm. In the unmodded game, no, there isn't. I'm pretty sure that there's some sort of Safana romance out there, though (possibly as an add-on to BG2, maybe for BG1.) Do some searching, and if you can't find one, let me know.

Hope this helps!

I believe so. I may be wrong about this, but I recall that the alignment changes really only occur due to specific dialogue choices, and BG2 very rarely restricts dialogue options to different players.

Hm. A little bit of advice: do some more side quests before going into the bandit camp. There are a huge amount of areas between Nashkel and Beregost with many smaller adventures to have (though you must have seen a few of those if you've picked up Safana). That should easily give you one or two ...

I only got halfway into act two, but I was really intrigued with Aveline. I thought they did a very good job making her a very deep character that ran against a lot of female stereotypes in games. She managed to be very imposing and aggressive while at the same time, at the right moments, showing a ...

If you are using the BG2 Game Engine, i.e. Tutu or BGT, you can use the Frabjous re-roller which rolls over and over again very quickly, saving the highest score as it does so. If you wanted to, you could leave it running overnight and you would be certain of getting a high score.
I don't. I limit ...

I'm not sure if that information's actually easily findable, but honestly, I'd recommend against shaping your character around the final battle. As far as final battles go, it's really quite easy.

Or, better yet, to really prepare yourself, play a game like Planescape, realize how much better it is than NWN's chapter 2, then go back and play Planescape again ;) .

Honestly, Gawain, recalling the NWN OC, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Then again, I wouldn't wish Chapter 2 on him, either, so I don't really know why I'm posting here :P .

A flaw? In MY NWN OC? God forbid! ;)

In all seriousness, if this bugs you, there are plenty of mods out there which let you level and outfit a character as you please. You can then export him and import him into the OC. Let me know if you need help finding one.

Hey,

So, it's been ages since I've played Stalker, so I won't be very helpful for most of your questions. As far as the psuedodog goes, I always had luck finding the tail from a dog that would attack me just west of the overpass, north of where the game begins but south of the train tracks.

If I read your message right, you're mixing up the inventory screen with the combat screen. The inventory ("I") only lets you decide which weapons you have on your person, not which weapon Shepherd's currently holding. The easiest way to cycle between weapons is to use these hotkeys:

F1: Pistol
F2 ...

Easily done. Hit shift, which opens up the combat menu, and your usable skills pop up at the bottom of the screen. You can then click and drag them to the hotkeys on the top left, and then activate them just by hitting 1, 2, 3, etc.

I'm afraid I'm no use for your main request, but I wanted to ask, have you played the Witcher? While it's entirely your choice, I would definitely want to do a few more quests before heading after Imoen. Otherwise the next few chapters will be very difficult (though, of course, the experience rewards will make your XP shoot through the roof, so it's a trade-off.) My advice would be to go to ...

I'd suggest leaving Windspear until after rescuing Imoen, it's the toughest of the side quests and there's nothing of benefit to you in doing it right now

He's playing a cavalier :) . Sure, it'd be a hard fight, but winning it pre-Imoen is totally doable. You can say Windspear isn't a great idea ...

Welcome to the forums!
