No, you can move on anytime you care to. Once you go to spellhold, all 'continent' quests and the stronghold freeze up until you return.

So don't worry about your stronghold, you'll have it just the same as you left it, with no consequenses.

If you are talking about the secret entrance in the sewers, to the right of the little attack-happy group (not the one to Mekrath's Lair), then you didn't do anything wrong, you can find the key in the windspear hills, idendifiable by the name 'Sewer Key'. Wands have a certain amount of maximum charges. Some 50, some even 100, some only 10. If you sell and buy (or steal) them back, then they get the maximum charges they can have, with a wand of cloudkill, that'd be 50.

Well, a Paladin is a good aligned fighter class that has access to certain spells of good clerics that assist him.
An Anti-Paladin would be then an evil aligned fighter class that has access to evil cleric spells.
