Minimum: 750mb + the area cache
Recommended: 1250mb + cache
Full: 2500mb

ToB:
Minimum: 500mb
Full: 800mb

There must be an option so he can stay neutral if that's how he starts out.

Can only be used by good aligned characters should be in there too. Is this a wish or a fact? Magical 2 handed swords have 1d12 not 1d10 damage. There must be some negative thing other than chaotic evil alignment, just because your alignment is evil doesn't have to mean you change your roleplaying ...

It will make a difference in ToB.

Try to solo a mage/sorcerer w/o the Robe of Vecna and Staff of the Magi and you'll have a very difficult time...
