I don't believe you get to see him again in morrowind (you might see him if you go to a certain place or in the expansions) at least not in 15 days after you beat the main quest...

Does anyone use spells for killing?

What is the best spell in your opinion? Also what is the highest hitting spell?

Why wouldn't you want to use the scroll?

If you're ok with using cheats you could just use them to get to your former status. (just go to google and look them up) I hope I'm not offending anyone by saying this...

Ahhhhhh, why did they have to make finding stuff in this game so fricken hard. I mean couldn't they at least give you directions if something or someone is remotely hard to find, they did it for a few things and it really helped. So, where is Velanda Omani, the Hlaalu Council person.

Well, if your using a pc you could just press the ~ button then type player-> setsecurity 100 and player-> setsneak 100 then just sneak up to the chest and while pressing control open the chest and take your stuff.

Is it south west of Balmora? Is it on a road and easily spotted? What is it close to? Any answers would be ...
