Just delete it from the \Videos subfolder. The game will also start up faster since it doesn't load up all the videos each time. :)

If they really do use the same Infinity Engine, then yes, it will look outdated. OTOH, I remember playing Ultima V (tile graphics!) and the graphics didn't bother me. A good story line is more important than fancy graphics. :)

What I was wondering is - how on earth are they throwing new challenges ...

Some very good points have been made, but I can't understand why it's ok to have scores of dragons in PoD but not so many tough monsters in SoA / ToB... After all, Bane's assault and the fulfillment of Alaundo's prophecy - a new deity emerges - are IMHO more or less equal in magnitude.

In general ...

Imoen is a must, since she is my sister.

Jaheira & Minsc - depends on whether I am good or evil :D

Actually, you have a lot of fun when your evil party (Viconia, Edwin & Korgan) have someone nice like Imoen in their company :D

Well, maybe the quests aren't so great (except Firkraag) but the equipment you get makes up for it...

Anyway, the thief stronghold quests are far more boring. :(

The ones I liked best so far are: fighter, ranger & mage - Now let's go for the cleric stronghold :D

My favourite villain would be Sarevok - he reminds me of the Kurgan from the first Highlander movie, yet he has his personal "touch".

Irenicus comes in 2nd, but he doesn't loose by much. How could you not love somebody you when have to see such an effort to kill him? :D

Bodhi was sort of cool ...
