Have you tried going to a different bridge then try porting to the Vale? I've had times where I don't port to my destination, but usually a second attempt works.

Have you gone to the Vale of Ruin and done the whole succubus thing? The succubus will give you the phrase to enter if you place the vial of blood on the unholy arc.

Startoxia is in the alcove between Naga Temple Swamp and Skuldoon. Northern part of the Forbidden lands. Follow the wall on the right after you leave Skuldoon to get to her tower.

Alternate Method

I waited till a bit later in the game to kill the dragons and used Divine Intervention x 5 (or 6 .. dont recall cap) .. those beauties made short work of all of the dragons one at a time. Just make sure you get at least one shot in on each dragon yourself.

Not sure if I missed something or came a cross a bug. I'm in the Guardian Section of the Shadow Stones Area in Shadow Ruins. I see the three statues in the middle and the walkthrough says there should be active shadow gates on the East, West and North side of the room to get the stones to activate ...
