I just started playing Oblivion and have a few questions for the veterans. I haven't been able to figure this out yet. I have a female character but her voice is a man's voice. Was there somewhere I missed that picks the voice? If so, anyone know how I can change this?

My Guardian/Weapon Master started with 10 each in Wisdom and Cha but I was able to get my wisdom up to 26 with items by the end. I only upped wisdom two points with level ups.
