Hello,
I decided to give a mage a try. I did the origin yesterday and now that I'm at least a little more familiar with the class, will be starting a new one tonight.
I plan on running a party of:
Alastair - Tank
Leliana - Melee DPS (rebuilt from scratch)
Wynne - Healer/Buffer
Thing is, I'd like ...

DW Warrior Talent rundown...
Greets all,
So I decided my first full playthrough is going to be with a DW Warrior. I have the attributes all figured out but it looks like I'm going to need all the DW & Warrior talents (and then the berserker ones also).
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips if I should focus on one or ...

Trying to make a Melee Cleric/Diplomat
I decided to dust off the OC and give it another go (never quite finished it the first time) before hitting the x-pack and as the topic states, I'm interested in a melee-focused cleric with good diplomacy skills.
Well, truth be told, I have everything figured out except a few minor stat tweaks. Now ...

Anywhere to buy arrows?
I'm at Dragon's Eye and pretty much getting besieged by trolls left and right, only problem is I can't find anywhere in Kuldahar to buy flame or acid arrows. Is there a place that I'm missing? I've tried the smith, the mage, the equipment shoppe and oswald's place with no luck whatsoever.

Dexterity & Constitution
Hey all,
I was just wondering, for a fighter going through the entire Saga, which would be more important (if you could only start with one at 18) dex or con? I currently rolled a char. with 18 dex and 16 con, but I've heard later in SoA and especially into ToB, your AC almost becomes negligable ...

Tutu Core Rules
I'm just curious about the description of Core Rules while I'm playing BG1Tutu... it says that it's the BG1 rules but for what difficulty? I never changed it from default in vanilla BG1 (so I'm assuming it was on normal) and I can't figure out what exactly it changes in the game (since it DOES seem ...

Having finally hunkered down and finished this great game a few days ago myself, I was struck with a small amount of things that were hinted at, but never followed through with. One of them being a scene very early on in the game when he says "expect things to change around here" when an NPC in The ...

Bit of trouble with Rubikon... (possible spoilers)
My party consist of: TNO, Morte, Dak'kon, Annah, Grace & Nordom... I'm saved/buffed right before Rubikon's room but my problem is this: After conversation with him, I pause, send my part out to attack the various constructs in the room and focus TNOs spells on Rubikon. I notice my party just stands ...
I think Candlekeep is a wonderful background for a monk. Its classes like the druid and ranger that I don't quite think fit with someone being raised in a friggin library...
Hello again. It's been awhile since I made this thread, but I had a similar RP question and figured I would just ask here instead of making an entirely new one. :)
Another class I've been wondering about is the monk (with BGTutu). I've heard people say it wouldn't make sense due to there being no ...

Roleplaying questions
I know there isn't a right/wrong way to do certain things or when it comes to exploring areas (I have a few ideas as to why my character would go to certain locations in certain chapters), but having gotten frustrated with my Paladin I quit playing him (couldn't stand being LG). However, I started ...

Question about Dual-Classing Imoen
First off, hi. :)
Decided to play through the BG saga again; this time from start to finish. I'm focusing on following the storyline as best as I possibly can.
I just entered the first Cloakwood Forest zone and Imoen is on the cusp of hitting level 7 as a thief and I plan on dualling her to a ...
