Your sure? Because I mostly get detected whenever I hide in shadows, even with stats close to 240 or so, guess I'll have to try it with that cloak then

Guess that's another character on my to-solo list.. Still wanna try the Kensai/Mage combo and the Sorcerer as well.

Thanks for the tip, was trying to make it work for solo'ing BG2. Although the character can/could hold out pretty long it gets harder because the invisibility gets dispelled pretty quickly. Since all they need is to get a True sight spell up, which isn't that hard.

As I was replaying BG2 again, I noticed how rediculous Staff of the Magi is. Invisibility(although, somewhat bugged) and my personal favorite, dispel on hit.

It honestly makes for a good melee weapon, if only the damage output wouldn't be so low. So I wonder how it'll fare if you ...

hmm, I bought a pack which contained BG1+TotS/BG2/ToB for 15 euro's... that's the way they sell it here in holland anyway

is it possible to use ToB characters in a SoA game? ( items // skills )

i am surprised to see a threat about Greater Werewolves. never had to much problems with them.. of course i just smack em through the area so to say.

so to make things short i need to max out INT. Charisma will be done through ring of human influence. and if possible- im gonna max out const ( i want hp )

dex and wis dont seem to usefull to me..

hmm, is that a 'once wish' which is one of those wishes you can only cast once in the game?

i useally use this party;

-Fighter ( can work as the tank, with good equipment. since I gave him a Katana , Celestial Fury- he stuns just about everyone, Firkraag as well. )
-Mage ( speaks for itself- since I tend to use a lot of spells this works out better for me then the Sorcerer )

this is how i want to plan it out with the stats-

strength: 5 ( required to use staves, all staves require this )
dex: rest
con: 16/18 > more HP per level, which is usefull IMHO ( one character who takes all the blows )
int: 18
wis: sec. rest ( i dont see the reason i should max ...

i want to solo BG2/SoA/ToB with just a sorcerer. big deal some think- actually its gonna be my first try at soloing. so i just need to confirm some things before i start ( since IMHO it is pretty important )

some might laugh this one off-but i checked the spells Irenicus always casts- Chromatic Orb! After lvl 12 ( IF I'm right ) the spell kills the opponent if no save is made. ( I use it all the time, and it works )
