What flaming means is at lvl 23+

I understand what u mean but I'm lvl 45 and haven't seen one looking like him. Also if you check the X360 screenshots page you will see the target i mean.

Sorry to hear that mate...Had things like that too, such as my Xbox crashing when I didn't had saves of 3-4 levels before then.

Well, im a EURO player myself, so if you're still making a GB guild, and it's on EU servers, i'll gladly join in.

I, myself, have both a lvl 60 warrior and a lvl 60 rogue, and I think that a rogue is great to have if you want to lvl fast and do much DPS.
But then again, to have 39 people thank you for being such a good main tank is a nice feeling too ^^

In the active effects page, do you see something saying 'Chameleon' ?

If you mean the thieves guild fences, you will get better ones if you level upin ranks in the guild. If you don't, different merchants have different amounts of gold. Normally the most is 1200 and the lowest 50 (inn keepers). Rohssan in the Market District (A Fighting Chance) for example has 1200 ...

That has nothing to do with it. As long as you don't complete the main quest they will keep popping up if i remember correctly.

I guess you all have seen the elf with full elven armor in the loading screens. Could anyone tell me where to find him/them?

Mithril: found from lvl 10 at NPC's such as Marauders and Bandits.
Elven: Shield found from level 10, rest found from lvl 15. Also from Marauders, Bandits etc.
Glass: Found from lvl 20. Also from Marauders, Bandits, etc.

This would depend on your level. At level 20+, Transcendent Sigil Stones appear, who are, infact, better than Grand/Black Souls. For example i shall take Chameleon.
Grand/Black Soul Gem: 20%
Transcendent Sigil Stone: 30%

As you can see, they are definitly better at higher levels.
