Re: Long time, no see . . .

I'm still breathing, I think. I should be at any rate...but is anyone else breathing? The air is curiously bereft of belched beer fumes...

In all honesty, SYM simply happened. It was organic and spontaneous, unplanned and unintended. Perhaps it ran its course...who can say for certain? It's still here, but as it was pointed out by others a few pages ago, internet forums were "the thing" back in SYM's heyday. We're all older now (and ...

I started a turkey farm, sell cheap perfume and imitation rolex watches on street corners, and captured time in a bottle. Despite this, I still find I never have enough time. ;)

I usually prefer more savoury breakfasts, but when it comes to the sweeter concoctions... in my view absolutely nothing beats crêpes.. served the traditional way.. butter, sugar, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Not too heavy like pancakes, no worries about consistency as with waffles.. just ...

I am not in the business of back-patting; however, in essence I feel fable has done an admirable job in hammering out the reality of the situation as it faces us.

@Xan: Nice link. I was amused.

In the past, Politically Correct (PC) lingo gave us innovative ways to breathe life into what were otherwise droll, boring descriptions. At least, that's the way I view it anyway. Turn the ...

Ditto, save that I am playing it on the Playstation 3. I'm also playing NWN2 Storm of Zehir and Mask of the Betrayer (again and again, with different characters), and Dragon Age: Origins on the PC. I grew tired of MMOs and am enjoying life ...

It's about as easy for Google to claim a moral stance now over censorship in China as it would be for a hooker to claim they were too pure to perform after making their first million. The time for Google to take the high road was when the Chinese government told them: censor or you don't get in ...

And here you thought swampland sellers were the bottom-feeders of the real estate business. Guess again.

I've played through enough times that I want to skip early levels ...

I've been stranded in a dry, barren place for years. Part of my reason for existing lately has been a quest, of sorts, to find that which I lost...I wrote volumes of (as of yet) unpublished short stories, poetry, and music (both lyrics and guitar sheet music) since my late teens.

Okay, I can't ...
