If you are using the default directory for Oblivion, then you should go to
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
From there, just match the folder's name in your flash drive, and place it in the appropriate folder on your rig. (Some mods might have a folder named Data before anything ...

..aaand.. Level scaling. The longer your journey, and the more devastated and ravaged the land are, the more bandits will wear glass armor, and a minotaur-lord invasion will start. We get it, you want to give players a challenge at every point, but it's unrealistic, borring and the major flaw in my ...

Permanent CE glitch.
It is legal because beth knows it and didn't fix it (when beth was still actively patching Oblivion).

I disagree.

Yes I only finished DA and NWN2 once.

But I at least played them once. I never managed that for Morrowind at all. Full 4 years after I got it, I managed to finish Oblivion, and that only because I simply cheatet me to maxlevel, then used some mod gear to play , so I didnt had to waste ...

PS Of course every character goes to jail once, otherwise the game doesn't start! :D
Nah, that doesn't get recorded in the journal ^_^

I think he speaks about getting that high level without going to jail. (as jail time lowers your skills, thus allowing you to level up more)

As in, he went the ...

Don't think so a dread zombie's health is fixed to 340 according to uesp.net. So a powerful fire spell will still kill them.
Unfortunately your trusted UESP only lists everything on normal difficulty slider.
Try it yourself, and you'll know what I meant when you can't kill a Dread Zombie in 5 ...

I've never noticed any of the weakness spells being effective, not enough to be worthwhile anyway, I stopped wasting time on them long ago. You'd be better off replacing the weakness with a damaging effect IMO.

To be honest I don't even bother with paralyze, calm or invisibility on oneself plus ...

The default max is 255
After that, your level will be back to 1

But, you can "unintentionally" glitch yourself to level 256 (or level 700)

Did you kill the two Ayleid Guardian?

Try pressing the "Wait" button, if you see a message that there are enemies nearby (instead of the trespassing dialog box) then you can't sit.
If you're playing on the console version of the game, then you must reload an earlier save, and don't forget to kill ...

I'm at my 73 (thus, a veteran prisoner)
The reason for leveling that high is not to raise your health, but to raise the tension when fighting enemies.
In this level, almost every battle takes a long time to finish, just like in real life.
And the enemies are very strong, balancing their lower ...

2.If you raise the governed, the one governing them will receive bonus points

Why waste time with feather, Fortify Strength is the same 'price' and is more effective.
Iirc, Strength won't affect attack anymore if it has gone beyond 100, and it cannot make you run faster (while Feather can)

And Transcendent Sigil Stones provide 125 Feather a piece (but they only give 12 ...
