There should be a pdf manual in your main Black Isle/BGII - SoA directory. On page 237 of this manual you will find the table you need.

I have no idea why this works but sometimes when I've installed a load of mods my CLUA doesn't work until I write both Cheats=1 and Debug Mode=1 in the file. Also in my current install it's not called an ini file, its called Configuration Settings.

To be honest I've always (and by that I mean for over 20 years) considered Lawful Good to be the wrong alignment for Paladins, in my opinion they should be Neutral Good, nothing other than being good matters, law and personal liberty should just be distractions to them I think.

I'm currently wandering through ToB and I've found that its best to tackle a wizard if you arrive with a True Sight already in place, and then cast any kind of spell remover as fast as you possibly can - use sequencers, haste, clean your aura ...

Insect plague is also really great for fighting Faldorn. If you cast haste before starting the challenge you can fire the insects off before she casts her first spell, and this disrupts her spell casting.

I don't know if any of the mods you use will alter this but "True Sight" should drop any illusion spells. Until you can cast 6th level spells though, it makes having Keldorn handy to have around. When you say "Sanctuary", do you mean the 1st level Clerical Spell? Or, are you referring to ...

Thats weird - I've been using that site for over five years and I've never had a problem. Did you contact the G3 admin?
