While I have no clue why your game is slowed when you move the mouse, other than what stworca ment, I did remember a note I read in the Valen readme:

Managed to fix everything. Done the Kesevar quest, found drizzt.

After that there were some problems, such as TDD not being compatible with killing every person in the talos temple. Had to use CLUAConsole there and it worked. Made it to hell killed the guy and egerly awaited return to candlekeep ...

For no apparent reason it works now. However Dizzt is not showing up after i leave underdark exit neither is saerileth's kesevar quest moving anywhere.

I recently started a game with the following mods: Fixpack, TDD,Ascension,Item Upgrade, Spell 50, Solaufein, Longer Road, Saerileth, unfinished business, tweak pack. I'm fairly certain this was also my order of installation after of course BG2:SoA+ToB+Patch.

When you first arrive to Umar Hills you should see a conversation between the mayor and the villagers. Only after that is it possible to go to the mayors house and speek to him. The conversation between him and villagers takes place just to the left of the mayors house in the middle of the square.

Could somebody please explain what difference does it make if the speed factor of the weapon is 0 or anything else? Does it affect attacks per round or something? Is there a certain formula that uses this factor? Where does it apply?

1. Will I be able to specialize beyond proficient?

If I remember correctly they work on anything (act as charm spell without save), so you can charm almost everything or at least a lot. I take them from the underdark just becouse of the item upgrade mod. There are two things that can be improved with them.

Is this a plaussible theory on the cat? Mind flayers drain intelligence and like a feebleminded dragon it won't move or talk. It's so stupid that IT CAN'T EVEN ATTACK. It might be as simple as remove curse or sth like that. I use Mordi's swords on mind flayers and I never have my intelligence drained.
