I know about the custom backgrounds, when you make a picture name it first 2 letters race, third letter is gender (ex. HUm001). I want to know how to make a new race (or if it is even possible.)

ps custom backgrounds are all I can find through google searching.

I was just wondering if there was a way to make a custom "race" for the character creation screen for a custom mod (such as orc, orge, dragon, animals, ect.). I've searched the internet but couldn't find anything.

I recently upgraded from 1.3 to 1.4. In 1.3 if i started a new game with the same character i would have everything. But in 1.4 when I tried to start a new game from the begining with my same character I start with everything but the relics.

I figured it out you need to turn off your firewall otherwise it won't work.
ps. your firewall needs to be completely off for this to work.

I tried playing online using gamespy, I managed to get on the server but can't host or join a game. When I click host it says "authentication rejected ()" is there any way to fix this?
I tried clicking host again and it only says "conection in progress, please wait..." for 10 mins, and nothing ever ...

this happens to me too. i dont know the cause but here is how i fix it, i make all but one of my followers wait and take the one that i have into battle and hope it dies. if it does i reserect it and they are at 70 courteous.
also beuty may have some affect on this im not sure though.

i managed to knock him off too but when i started attacking him i got about 10 hits on him then he teleported back up. I think you need to get behind him somehow for him to fall.
